Shannon from luvinthemommyhood is a blog friend i so wish lived right next door. she just seems like the kind of gal you could spend hours sipping tea/wine/coffee/cocoa with and knitting/sewing/chatting while your kids ran around playing together. she’s just a warm and thoughtful person with a great eye for design and i’m so glad to have her as a vintage may guest today!

You’ve totally captured Shannon with your description! I’m lucky enough to live just a few hours from her and get to visit with her once in awhile. I can tell you, when you’re hanging out with her, time just flies by. We sat and chatted for three hours straight and weren’t anywhere near feeling caught up!
There is a terrible shortage of pockets in girl’s (and women’s) clothes. Like women can’t carry things around with them or it’ll spoil the line?! Nice to see someone redressing the balance AND keeping it adorable!
